Right to Refuse Service

Cityscape Limo reserves the right to refuse transportation to any individual whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, illegal, or otherwise violates company policies.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco products are strictly prohibited in all Cityscape Limo vehicles. Passengers wishing to smoke must do so outside the vehicle.

Damage and Misuse

Passengers are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the vehicle. Repair, cleaning, or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Video Surveillance

For safety, insurance, and training purposes, Cityscape Limo uses video recording (without audio) in all vehicles. Passengers may request that the chauffeur cover the camera if they prefer not to be recorded. Recordings are protected under our Privacy Policy and are used only for internal, legal, and insurance purposes.

Payment & Confirmation

Payment may be required to confirm and secure a reservation. Cityscape Limo reserves the right to release any unconfirmed reservation if payment is not received within the requested timeframe. 

Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been received or otherwise confirmed by Cityscape Limo.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover operational costs.
• If the updated trip results in additional mileage, travel time, tolls, parking, or a larger vehicle requirement, the fare will be adjusted accordingly.

Airport Waiting Time

Cityscape Limo monitors all arriving flights.

We provide complimentary waiting time as follows:

• Domestic Flights: Up to 30 minutes
• International Flights: Up to 40 minutes

Additional waiting time may be subject to extra charges.

Changes to Pickup or Drop-off

Changes to the pickup address, drop-off location, destination, vehicle type, or additional stops after booking may result in additional charges based on the revised itinerary.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Additional waiting time
• Additional stops
• Route changes requested during the trip
• Significant pickup or destination changes
• Vehicle upgrades
• Excessive cleaning or damage caused by passengers
