Right to Refuse Service

Cityscape Limo reserves the right to refuse transport to any individual in accordance with company policy.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Cityscape Limo vehicles. Passengers must exit the vehicle to smoke.

Damage and Misuse

Passengers are responsible for any damage or misuse of the vehicle. Repair or replacement costs will be charged as per company policy.

Video Surveillance

For safety, insurance, and training purposes, Cityscape Limo uses video recording (without audio) in all vehicles. Passengers may request the chauffeur to cover the camera if they prefer not to be recorded. Recordings are protected under our Privacy Policy and used only for internal, legal, and insurance purposes.
